What can I download?
Only public videos you own or have permission to save. Availability depends on the authorized provider, the source platform and the individual file. No protected or private content is supported.
Is a card required?
No. A Free account with three trial credits does not require payment details. Pro is optional and renews until cancelled.
Why does the sample look different?
When SocialKit is enabled, downloads are real even while payments remain simulated. Simulated payments do not grant paid download credits.
When does my quota reset?
The 3 Free trial credits do not renew. Pro receives 150 credits monthly on the subscription anniversary, without rollover. Failed processing restores customer credits.
