Keep the export from your editing app before publishing. It preserves your chosen resolution, original audio and caption-free version. Save a second copy outside your phone so a lost device does not take your archive with it.
Use authorized exports

Keep a permission record
Owning the footage does not automatically give you reuse rights for a soundtrack, stock clip or collaborator’s work. Store license details alongside your source file. Before reposting, check that those permissions cover the new destination.
